Making Butterflies!

Well we decided to make something to send to the grandparents! Madileigh is starting to really enjoy painting with her hands and feet! Easton, not so much! He freaked out when Madi painted his feet so we only got one of his lol!

Making these butterflies were so much fun! There are so many different ways you can do it!! We used fuzzies because that is what Madileigh chose but my friend Erica did this same project with her daughter and they cut patterned scrapbook paper to use as the body and used buttons as the antennas! It was super cute too! 


Now same as with all our projects, I recommend no clothing lol! Madi made such a mess! But like they say: "A good mother may have dirty counters and floors but she has happy children!" =) Love that one! 

These are what we sent out!! 

This is another inexpensive way to enjoy some time your toddler! We used acrylic paint because it washes off children and countertops!! 


I got this idea from Pinterest and there are many more to do with hands and feet! Im sure we will try them all!!
